I will help you improve your English language skills by creating a systematic plan to learn more efficiently based on your own schedule, learn how to improve and keep track of progress, and most importantly, use your English more clearly and confidently at work so you can deliver your message.

I will show and guide you how to express and negotiate your ideas in English, clearly, proactively, and effectively in order to communicate more professionally, handle tough conversations effectively, deal with misunderstandings or conflict due to cultural or personality differences, and land more deals.

Craft students’ English presentation and proposal skills:

I will show you how to professionally present your ideas and proposals and create robust offers that help you to connect with your audience, communicate with impact and persuasion, and drive decision-making.

Q1: What’s the price?

A: It depends specifically on the structure of how we work together and how I would specifically help you to achieve your goals, so I need to get on a video call with you to first discuss and understand your situation. With that being said, if you’re not ready to invest in yourself, please don’t book a call, as there is always a cheaper or even free option you can find elsewhere. My business philosophy is not to sell the cheapest service possible, my vision is to sell you the highest quality service possible and to help my clients get the quickest, best possible results.

 

Q2:  What’s your refund policy?

A: I don’t offer refunds as this is a live coaching service. If your goal is to get “free lessons”, then don’t book a call with me, I don’t support that style of business or behavior, even myself as a client. However, my promise and guarantee to all of my clients is that I will provide them some bonus 1-1 sessions as necessary after our coaching in order to keep supporting you even after we complete our main time working together – I view our business relationship as a long-term relationship and am invested in my clients’ success, so I require the same investment from my clients.

 

Q3: If you’re not in the life science industry, how can you help life science managers and directors?

A: I am very transparent and make it clear on my public LinkedIn page, my career background is in education, management, and business development for local US businesses and online education businesses, not life sciences. However, after the first year of starting my business and helping my clients improve their Business English for their careers, I discovered through client feedback and surveying that over 90% of my clients were in the life science industry (pharmaceuticals, biotech, and medical devices). This is because all of my clients in these positions and within this industry need to communicate regularly with global teams, colleagues, leaders, clients, and or stakeholders in English. My expertise is the “business side” of things, I help my clients improve their Business communication in English for these specific situations to help them have more success in them and develop their careers more, while my clients’ expertise is their industry knowledge of life sciences.

 

Q4: I already have a teacher, what makes you different from any other teacher?

A: If your only goal is just to “practice English” or polish up your conversational English, then please don’t book a call with me, as you can already do that for free or very cheap. I don’t simply help my clients “practice English”, I specifically help them to improve and sharpen their overall professional communication skills in English during negotiations, meetings, presentations, proposals, offers, and other important business communications so they can communicate more confidently, win more deals, and land promotions and new job opportunities. I tap into my own experience and investment in entrepreneurship, business, management, and education to help my clients achieve their goals.

 

Q5: How specifically do you help your clients?

A: While some of the specifics still depend on the specific situation of each of my clients, I often use role plays, real-world case studies, targeted and strategic discussions, personalized feedback, weekly challenges, progress calls to keep of progress, and accountability to help my clients achieve their goals in the shortest amount of time possible.
