Q1: What’s the price?
A: It depends specifically on the structure of how we work together and how I would specifically help you to achieve your goals, so I need to get on a video call with you to first discuss and understand your situation. With that being said, if you’re not ready to invest in yourself, please don’t book a call, as there is always a cheaper or even free option you can find elsewhere. My business philosophy is not to sell the cheapest service possible, my vision is to sell you the highest quality service possible and to help my clients get the quickest, best possible results.
Q2: What’s your refund policy?
A: I don’t offer refunds as this is a live coaching service. If your goal is to get “free lessons”, then don’t book a call with me, I don’t support that style of business or behavior, even myself as a client. However, my promise and guarantee to all of my clients is that I will provide them bonus 1-1 opportunities and sessions if they complete all the work I give them exactly as required and still don’t get the best results possible as I promise – I view our business relationship as a long-term relationship and invest in my clients’ success, so I require the same investment from my clients.
Q3: If you’re not in the life science industry, how can you help life science managers and directors?
A: I am very transparent and make it clear on my public LinkedIn page, my career background is in education, management, and business development for local US businesses and online education businesses, not life sciences. However, after the first year of starting my business and helping my clients improve their Business English for their careers, I discovered through client feedback and surveying that over 90% of my clients were in the life science industry (pharmaceuticals, biotech, and medical devices). This is because all of my clients in these positions and within this industry need to communicate regularly with global teams, colleagues, leaders, clients, and or stakeholders in English. My expertise is the “business side” of things, I help my clients improve their Business communication in English for these specific situations to help them have more success in them and develop their careers more, while my clients’ expertise is their industry knowledge of life sciences.
Q4: I already have a teacher, what makes you different from any other teacher/program/course?
A: If your only goal is just to “practice English” or polish up your conversational English, then please don’t book a call with me, as you can already do that for free or very cheap, especially now with AI. Compared with many traditional English programs, I don’t simply help my clients “practice English”, run random vocabulary and grammar drills, or simply memorize new phrases, as these forms of practice generally don’t translate into real-world performance and confident communication for advanced-speaking professionals who already have a basic foundation in English – Most of my clients have already done these things, and these are the reasons they come to me, because these exercises don’t help them become more confident and effective communicators at work.
Instead, through real-world practice, simulations, and challenges, I specifically help my clients to improve and sharpen their overall professional communication skills in English during negotiations, meetings, presentations, proposals, offers, and other important business communications so they can communicate more confidently, win more deals, and land promotions and new job opportunities. I tap into my own experience and investment in entrepreneurship, business, management, and education to help my clients achieve their goals.
Q5: How specifically do you help your clients?
A: I use a combination of hands-on, real-world practice, role plays, client case studies, targeted discussions, personalized feedback, weekly challenges, hands-on practice, real-life simulations, and systematic learning to help my clients achieve their goals in the shortest amount of time possible. If you’re an advanced-speaking professional whose goal is to communicate more confidently and professionally at work, generally speaking, spending your time applying real-world practice and simulations are going to help you improve your communication at work more meaningfully and quickly compared with just memorizing random vocabulary that you might not even use. More specific needs demand more specific solutions.
